Minifigure Review: Roddy Piper, Randy Savage, & Andre the Giant from M.U.S.C.L.E.: WWE by Super7

Today I'm checking out the fourth and final set of Super7's WWE M.U.S.C.L.E. figures which are exclusive to Ringside Collectibles and, brother, are you getting a trio of pure power right here. Not are you getting some top tier sports entertainers but you're also getting some major acting power, too. First up is "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, not only of the best wrestling heels of all time (and a trainer for the Iron Grenadiers) but also the star of  John Carpenter's "They Live." Next up is Andre the Giant, an absolute legend, the first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame, and one of the stars of The Princess Bride, and, lastly, the Macho Man Randy Savage, easily one of the best guys on the mic ever and the actor behind Bonesaw McGraw in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man. Let's check out this group of champions after the break...

 The Facts:

Height: 1 7/8ths to 2 1/8ths inches

Includes: 3 figures

Non-Scalper Price: $6 dollars
 Roddy Piper:

* "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is decked out in his iconic Hot Rod t-shirt and a kilt. He's a great, very classic M.U.S.C.L.E. looking figure although his feet do seem a bit too small. Still, it's pretty cool to have Roddy Piper around to put your other M.U.S.C.L.E.s into Sleeper Holds all night long.
 Randy Savage

* Next up is the Randy Savage, a man that had more energy and charisma than any human being should have physically been able to. This is a great looking minifigure of the man who just wanted us to snap into a Slim-Jim. With his trademark massive glasses, bandanna, and a title around his waste, this minifigure is both a tower of power, too sweet to be sour and too hot to handle, too cold to hold.
 Andre the Giant

* If you don't love Andre the Giant then I don't know what to tell you. The man was absolute gold and everyone knows that he has a posse.  This guy is fittingly much larger than the other superstars in the line and really stands out. I love that he has both the classic M.U.S.C.L.E. fist and open palm.
This is a great set of minifigures of three wrestling legends who all, sadly, passed away at rather young ages. Super7 did a nice set with the WWE M.U.S.C.L.E. figures overall, definitely offering up one of their best sets yet. This one is a Great and a 1/2 set and is probably my favorite overall, especially due to the oversized Andre the Giant figure. I really do hope that Super7 attempts another wave of these as Hulk Hogan needs to be made (he seems to be back in the WWE's good graces now) as well as Dusty Rhodes, Bret Hart, and Ricky Steamboat. The WWE seems like a great source for Super7 to mine for more M.U.S.C.L.E. figures, doesn't it?
