My 2 year old loves it!

She'll be that kid who grows up never having known a time when she didn't know who the clown with the tearaway face is.

You're absolutely right, though, everyone else snging in those little monologues is definitely kind of a common fear: Thing under the bed, thing under the stairs, the who when you call "who's there?"

And then the clown. There's a story there Tim Burton. Tell it. Even if it takes Johnny Depp in a crazy wig with a weird voice, I must know more about my favorite background character.Barbecue17https://www.blogger.com/profile/11169946891265569135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8438156728877167677.post-11628914589880333412015-10-07T09:31:10.870-04:002015-10-07T09:31:10.870-04:00Thi guy always cracked me up, because he says &quo...Thi guy always cracked me up, because he says "I'm the clown with the tearaway face!" with such conviction, like we ALL know who he is! Oh yeah, of course! Classic monster! What, you don't know the Clown with the Tearaway Face?

Seriously: the guy who is deeply familiar with the Clown with the Tearaway Face BEFORE Nightmare Before Christmas came out is the kind of guy I'm gona worry about. Where did you develop a fear of a clown ripping it's face off, and why are you so matter-of-fact about it? Is it real?? OH GOD IS IT REAL?!

(All jokes aside: that figure looks freakin' superb. I wouldn't get too many items from Nightmare, but the Clown is one I'd break for. And the little Devil guy who says "it's time to par-tee!" in a super deep voice.)Alexxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09467443844522666834noreply@blogger.com
